Graphic art and drawing

It is again the original fund of the Association of Moravian Artists that makes up the base of the collection of graphic art and drawing. Visitors will see more works from Jano Köhler, Bohumír Jaroněk, Oldřich Lasák, Hubert Kovářík, Jaroslav Votruba, Stanislav Lolek and Karel Němec. This collection also boasts some pieces by Alfons Mucha, Joža Uprka, Adolf Kašar or Cyril Mandel. The Gallery has concentrated on acquiring further works of the members of the Association as well as pieces of significant older and contemporary artists of the broader South Moravian region, f.i. Jaroslav Král, Vladislav Vaculka, Leonid Ochrymčuk, František Hodonský or Miroslav Štolfa, František Cundrla or Jiří Vlach. The Gallery has recently been given an abundant collection of 20th century Slovak graphic art.
